M35A2

The Deuce and a Half

The M35A2, known as a deuce and a half, was common in Vietnam.  Not just transportation units had them, it was a go anywhere, do anything truck.

The museum aquired its 1st deuce in 97.  I was able to restore 3 of them since that time.   Sadly in 2007,  I had made a personal decision to move to TN where I sold my 3 M35A2's.   Today,  all 3 still are in Vietnam markings and are doing fine with their new owners.  Two of them still reside here in VT.   Since our return to Vermont, the museum has future plans to again purchase another one of these workhorses of the Vietnam war.
